About the Opportunity

Providing administrative support to the Care Coordinator staff/Managers of Continuing Care, the Clerk is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Continuing Care office, providing office reception, submitting accurate information for payroll, establishing and maintaining data bases for staff and program related activities and establishing and maintaining filing systems and other duties as required.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Successful completion of post-secondary program in Office Administration
  • Minimum two (2) years recent working experience in an office environment
  • Demonstrated formal training and working experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet)
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service focus
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Competencies in other languages an asset; French preferred

Hours
  • Full Time, Long Assignment; 70 hours bi-weekly
  • Commencing December 4, 2023; Ending December 31, 2025
  • Dates are approximate and subject to change
  • Hours of work may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays


Compensation and Incentives

$20.18 - $21.97 hourly

Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
