Our Innisfail Food Store is looking for 1 part-time and 2 casual Clerk Cashiers to join our team.

Casual: less than 24 hours/week.

Part-time: 24 - 36 hours/week. Benefits eligible after 3 months. This part-time position provides benefits; if you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability requirements: Weekdays and weekends - mornings (8:00 am start), afternoons and evenings (up to 9:30 pm).

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and respond to customer questions,
• Accurately process sale transactions,
• Bag and assist with carrying out purchases,
• Display merchandise,
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment,
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills,
• Attention to detail and quality,
• Exceptional customer service skills,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
• Ability to work independently and in a team,
• Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs.),
• Must be over the age of 14 (Employment Standards requires a permit to employ a person age 14 or under; therefore, disclosure is required).
