What you will do as a Clerical Customer Service
Representative
Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, client requirements, and competitive landscape to optimize service offerings.
Prepare client reports, performance evaluations, and suggestions for improvement to enhance overall service levels
Respond to client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and service requirements in an efficient and professional manner.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of client-focused initiatives.
Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to improve team performance and client experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their service requirements are met.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, and logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with client expectations.
Monitor service performance and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks associated with service delivery and client satisfaction.

Here is what we are looking for
3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent business acumen, (courier and/or supply chain management knowledge preferred), analysis and problem-solving skills
Experience using a CRM platform is considered an asset
A university degree or college diploma in business or a related field preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, data analysis, trend analysis, etc.
Excellent interpersonal communication & probing skills, and a high aptitude for follow-up.
Proficient in using CRM software and other client management tools.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in performance reviews and reporting
Availability:
9:00 am to 5:30pm, including 30 mins break
