As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Product Manager to help shape the future of our last-mile logistics software.

Overview:

Reporting to the Development Manager, the Team Lead - Quality Assurance oversees the full QA cycle and strategy, test automation and ensuring the implementation of structured processes and procedures. He/she will act as a leader, support, mentor and coach an experienced team of developers. Maintain a progress log and follow-up reports for manager and management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures, including test strategy and plans, defect lifecycle management and automation frameworks Develop and manage testing schedules, ensuring that the QA team meets expectations and deadlines Monitor QA team activities, vetting and guiding requirements/acceptance criteria, and assisting business users through user acceptance test processes Coach and train a team of quality analysts Write down the use cases for projects or tasks Manually run tests of different applications Set up or schedule automated tests Create ticket bugs Coordinate deployments with the development team

EDUCATION

Computer science studies or equivalency

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of QA experience Experience with automated testing, .Net, Angular Understand and speak English. Experience with Jira and Confluence Experience with CI/CD environments Experience in team management, coaching or mentoring Experience SQL requests

ASSETS

Bilingualism; French/English Experience with XRay in Jira Experience with Git Tools Experience with Azure Devops Release Management working experience
