JOB DESCRIPTION

Packing of contents from damaged properties

Clean, sanitize and deodorize contents damaged by water, smoke, etc.

Clean residential and commercial properties damaged by water and fire

Assist with recording, tracking, and warehousing customer contents

Assist with remediation & restoration of damaged properties Participate in on-call rotation

REQUIREMENTS

Cleaning experience

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work with a team

Criminal record search upon hire

Current valid driver's license with clean driving record

Must be willing to wear full PPE as required

ASSETS

Experience in the restoration industry IICRC certifications such as: FSRT, CPT, UFT, CCT Experience with contents tracking software such as Encircle or Assured Packout Experience cleaning and sanitizing restoration equipment Remediation and rebuild experience First Aid Certification
