Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team for cleaning and content processing. This role entails post-construction general residential/commercial cleaning as well as documenting and processing content damaged as a result of insurance losses. This includes packing, moving and unpacking/resetting content as well as cleaning content onsite/offsite. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, time management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Prior custodial or residential/commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial sites using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Cleaning of affected hard and soft content both onsite and offsite Pack-out content, move to storage, return, unpack and reset to areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and cleaning department Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or any issues encountered

Experience

Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all necessary skills Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants when necessary Time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours Ability to perform lifting safely and effectively throughout the workday Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance needs or safety concerns
Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
