Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in assigned areas. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various cleaning and maintenance tasks. Conduct facilities maintenance by identifying and reporting any repairs or issues that need attention. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing cleaning duties, especially when handling chemicals or operating equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding tasks completed and any issues encountered.

Qualifications

Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and safety protocols is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
