Cleaning Technician

in Calgary. This freelance, contract-based role offers

30% commission

on services performed. Responsibilities include cleaning homes, offices, windows, and carpets while professionally representing the company. Ideal candidates are experienced, reliable, and customer-focused.

Duties

Clean homes, offices, and commercial spaces to professional standards. Clean windows and glass surfaces using proper techniques and products. Clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery using appropriate methods and products. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas as required. Empty trash, recycling, and ensure proper disposal. Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management. Represent B-Legacy professionally at all times while on client premises. Promote the company's image, services, and customer satisfaction. Follow company procedures and adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Manage your schedule efficiently and work independently under minimal supervision.

Skills

Proven experience in residential and commercial cleaning. Proficient in window and glass cleaning techniques. Skilled in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Knowledge of proper use of cleaning products and equipment. Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management and ability to work independently. Professional and courteous communication with clients. Customer service oriented with the ability to promote company services. Ability to follow health, safety, and company procedures. Reliable, motivated, and committed to quality work.

Compensation:

Contract-based, 30% commission on revenue generated. Opportunities for growth based on performance and engagement.
