A Cleaning Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of cleaners to ensure that cleaning tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves a combination of leadership, hands-on cleaning, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Supervision:

Lead and manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure tasks are completed effectively.

Task Delegation:

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality of cleaning services provided, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards.

Training and Development:

Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience in a cleaning role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards. Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments and client needs.

Pay: $18.56-$21.08 per hour
