We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and customers. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various cleaning and maintenance tasks. Conduct commercial cleaning duties in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. Maintain facilities by performing light maintenance tasks as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding cleanliness. Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to avoid injury. Communicate effectively with team members and management to report issues or request supplies. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.

Qualifications

Previous cleaning experience is preferred; willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timelines. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks. Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
