Start with variety, grow with purpose:

In your first 6 - 8 weeks, you'll split your time between cleaning beautiful homes and helping grow our presence by putting flyers in peoples mailboxes and door handles and connecting with the community. As new clients come in, your schedule will shift more toward cleaning while building confidence, communication skills, and local roots along the way.

Flexible scheduling

: Build shifts that fit around school, family, or other work commitments

We are looking for someone to train up quickly (10-20 weeks into team leader)- Your pay will go from $22 to $24 and bonuses. So you need to be able to work with team mates well, and walk the line between friend and boss.

Guaranteed pay & flexible hours:

You're guaranteed 4-20 hours a week and at least $22/hour + bonuses are available help you climb higher for Google reviews, beating budgets and providing exceptional customer service for your team

Why are you interested in this job? Note in home cleans we time the cleans and have budgeted minutes we need to hit. We have it down for a science and need you to learn it and move fast/ be super detailed as part of the team. How do you think you'll like this kind of enviroment? You will be trained up, and then will be responsible for leading a team of 3 in a customers home. You will be responsible for ensuring your team moves fast and effcient, dealing with customers both happy and upset sometimes, ensuring equipment is working properly, doing checklists and training of new cleaners. How do you feel about this? Where do you think you will shine, and where do you think you will struggle here? This role begins as a part-time position (4-20 hours per week), with the potential to transition into full-time employment as our business continues to grow. Team members will have set days and hours each week to provide consistency and reliability.
Applicants with the flexibility to be on-call outside of their scheduled shifts will be given priority consideration. On-call availability may include supporting clients who need to reschedule or assisting with last-minute or emergency cleans. This added flexibility helps us provide exceptional service and ensures our clients are always taken care of.
