Summary

Join Willow Creek Organic Grain Co. as cleaning staff at Wheatland County. In this role, you will help maintain our facilities to ensure a clean and safe environment that supports our mission of organic excellence.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning of production areas, offices, and common spaces to maintain hygiene standards. Use hand tools and custodial equipment to clean and disinfect surfaces. Assist with facility maintenance tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage cleaning supplies inventory and report needs. Support team members in maintaining a tidy work environment. Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications

Must have transportation to plant or ride. Proven custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety protocols. Ability to operate hand tools and custodial equipment safely. Strong time management skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
