Independent Residential Cleaning Contractor

We are currently hiring experienced residential cleaning contractors for standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out services. This is a flexible, independent contractor opportunity designed for professionals who take pride in their work and value autonomy in their schedule.

Position Overview

As a Residential Cleaning Contractor, you will:

Provide high-quality cleaning services in private residences Follow cleaning checklists and client preferences Manage your own schedule based on availability Travel to job sites within your service area

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1+ years

of experience in residential cleaning or similar fields (e.g., hospitality, care homes, nannying) A

reliable vehicle

and a

valid driver's license

Your own cleaning

tools and supplies

(or willingness to acquire) Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Good communication skills (English required) Ability to follow checklists and manage time independently A

smartphone

and basic comfort with using mobile apps Willingness to undergo a

background check

Compensation & Schedule

Pay:

Commission-based (30-50% of job value)
