We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in various settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in ensuring that facilities are well-kept and meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Perform duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in offices, restrooms, hallways, and other facilities as required. Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks effectively. Communicate with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise. Manage time efficiently to complete all cleaning tasks within designated timeframes. Ensure compliance with safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants.

Skills

Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools for maintenance purposes is advantageous. A keen eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met consistently

Requirements

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning (Preferred) Have valid driver's license and reliable transportation Have own cleaning supplies Ability to operate cleaning equipments (mop,vacuum,etc) Knowledge and use of cleaning products and techniques Ability to follow instructions, and cleaning checklist Ability to stand,bend,and kneel for extended periods Comfortable working In various home environments Punctual,and responsible Honest and trustworthy with strong work ethics Ability to pass a background check.

Job Type: Part-time
