Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate maintenance activities, implement preventative strategies, and ensure compliance with safety standards to support continuous production.

Duties

Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of cleaning and snow removal tasks. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of walk behind/ride on auto scrubbers, upright vacuums and snow blowers. Plan and execute projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members. Manage inventory levels for cleaning chemicals, paper towels, bathroom tissues, hand soaps, rock chips and ice melter to minimize downtime. Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, new technologies, and safety procedures.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing maintenance operations under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination. Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of auto scrubbers, vacuum cleaners and snow blowers.

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
