Job Title: Cleaner/Supervisor : We are seeking a Professional Post Renovation Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning newly renovated residential and commercial properties to ensure they are ready for occupancy. The ideal candidate must have experience in post-renovation cleaning and must possess excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Clean all surfaces, including walls, floors, and ceilings
• Dust and wipe down all fixtures, appliances, and windows
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Communicate with contractors and project managers to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
• Ensure that the property is ready for occupancy by the designated date

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in post-renovation cleaning/commercial cleaning
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation
