We're looking for a reliable and meticulous Hospitality Cleaner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across our properties in Halifax, Truro, and Bridgewater. This role requires a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a full range of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure that the guest room is picture-perfect and surfaces are streak-free. Stock guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols. Manage time effectively to travel between our various locations as required. Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and properly.

Qualifications

+2 years of proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is required (hospitality sector preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Ability to work independently, punctual and manage your own schedule. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

What We Offer

A competitive wage of $20 CAD per hour with a clear path to earning a performance-based bonus. Travel allowance (when driving to Truro and Bridgewater only). A $500 CAD signing bonus, to be received after 6 months of successful employment. A $500 CAD if you bring a friend and they stay 6 months. A supportive and friendly work environment.
