Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner- Drivers Only at this time, to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities, primarily residential. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. Prior custodial or residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in residential cleaning and customer service while contributing to the overall cleanliness and safety of our policies.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Utilize hand tools and power tools for detailed cleaning tasks and minor maintenance work Operate equipment related to facilities maintenance, including vacuum cleanersand other cleaning machinery Conduct routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, window washing, sanitizing surfaces and trash removal Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures, including heavy lifting and use of power tools, if applicable Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness

Qualifications

Previous experience in custodial services, commercial and/or residential cleaning Familiarity with hand tools and cleaning equipment preferred Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the workday Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach various job sites as required

Pay: From $21.50 per hour
