KP Cleaning Group focuses solely on servicing residential strata clients. We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team.

Job Duties:

Cleaning of all main areas including amenity rooms, gym and lobby. Vacuuming, dusting and moping of main areas including hallways, elevators, and communal spaces. Programming of FOBs and enterphone Dealing with move in/outs according to procedures Responding to emails Provide access to trades Litter pickup outside building and within parkade. Organizing compost room including separating recycling into correct bins. Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

Availability to work daytime shifts Monday to Friday. Start time is anywhere from 7am to 8am. Prior experience as a cleaner/caretaker preferred. Provide a positive service experience to everyone by maintaining a friendly, proactive attitude. Physically able to perform job duties including standing/walking for extended periods, vacuuming, mopping, and carrying garbage/supplies up to 20 lbs. Able to communicate effectively and perform work duties independently.
