Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills, effective communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct commercial & residential cleaning in various settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning procedures. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns from facility users. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Follow established schedules for routine cleaning tasks while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Experience

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles is preferred. Strong understanding of time management principles to prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain physical stamina throughout the workday. A commitment to cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
