Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that facilities meet high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while performing custodial duties.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained according to company standards. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Assist with facilities maintenance as needed, reporting any damages or issues to management promptly. Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

Experience

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with customer service principles is a plus, as this role involves interaction with clients. Ability to handle hand tools and power tools safely is beneficial for maintaining equipment used in cleaning tasks. Strong time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail will contribute to overall success in this role.
