Job Overview

We are seeking five dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of various facilities, ensuring a hygienic environment for staff and visitors. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and efficiency are highly valued. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential for success in this position.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces across different areas of the facility. Use hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness standards. Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs or reporting issues to management. Operate commercial cleaning machinery safely and efficiently. Manage heavy lifting tasks when moving furniture or cleaning supplies. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from staff or visitors.

Requirements

Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and addressing client needs. Demonstrated reliability with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
