We\xe2\x80\x99re growing!! And looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic candidate to join our team for the position of Cleaner located in Windsor, ON. This is an ideal position for a natural \xe2\x80\x9cclean freak\xe2\x80\x9d!

Duties include:

• Regular cleaning of building common areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of all halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrance, elevators, laundry room (wipe down all laundry equipment and clean out vents) and office area.
• Keep office area clean and organized at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service when approached by tenants.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent cleaning skills.
• Knowledgeable of appropriate cleaning products and tools.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy.
• Multi-task, organize work flow and remain detail oriented.
• Work independently as well as with a team
• Work a flexible schedule.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or 2 years work related experience.
• Previous experience in residential cleaning or related field.

Fonctions essentielles du poste:

• Entretien r\xc3\xa9gulier des aires communes de l\'immeuble, y compris balayer, passer la serpilli\xc3\xa8re et l\'aspirateur, et nettoyer tous les couloirs, conduits d\'a\xc3\xa9ration, appareils d\'\xc3\xa9clairage, l\'\xc3\xa9clairage de secours, les extincteurs, les rampes, l\'entr\xc3\xa9e, les ascenseurs, la laverie automatique (essuyer tout l\'\xc3\xa9quipement) et le bureau.
• Garder le bureau propre et organis\xc3\xa9 en tout temps.
• Fournir un excellent service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le lorsque les locataires s\'adressent \xc3\xa0 vous.
• Respecter toutes les r\xc3\xa8gles de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.

• Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en matin\xc3\xa8re de nettoyage.
• Connaissance des produits et outils nettoyage appropri\xc3\xa9s.
• Faire preuve d\'enthousiasme et d\'\xc3\xa9nergie.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 effectuer plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches \xc3\xa0 la fois avec pr\xc3\xa9cision.

• Travailler un horaire flexible.

Formation et exp\xc3\xa9rience:

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires ou deux ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience reli\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 l\'emploi.
