We are seeking professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractors to provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services across Vancouver. This is a contract position ideal for established cleaning professionals.

As a contractor, you will deliver exceptional service that meets our premium standards for cleanliness and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Residential Cleaning: Perform standard and deep cleans, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Commercial Cleaning: Maintain office spaces, retail environments, or common areas, ensuring high-touch surfaces are disinfected. Move-In/Move-Outs: Provide intensive cleaning for vacant properties to prepare them for new tenants. Equipment Management: Provide and maintain your own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, eco-friendly chemicals, etc.).
Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for this contract, you must meet the following criteria:

Business Status: Must be an Independent Contractor with a valid BC Business License (or willing to obtain one). Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid BC Driver's License to travel between job sites. Insurance: Must carry (or be willing to obtain) Commercial General Liability Insurance (minimum $2M coverage recommended) and appropriate vehicle insurance for business use. Background Check: Must be willing to undergo and pass a Criminal Record Check to ensure the safety and security of our residential and commercial clients. Professionalism: Proven experience in professional cleaning with a strong eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
Skills & Attributes

Strong communication skills and a "client-first" attitude. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks (lifting, bending, reaching) for extended periods. Punctuality and reliability--our clients depend on consistent scheduling. Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
