Cleaner / Caretaker
Clean and maintain all areas in the residential building: entrance area; Elevator; common hallways & common areas; building exterior and parking area.
Changing out the lights and maintaining the inventory
- Providing access to trades.
- All items in need of attention/ repair/ bylaw infractions, or security concerns will be
reported to Property manager
- and any other concerns
- supervised Move in and out / inspecting area for damages before and after the
move
- Monitoring the visitor's area parking
- Program interphones and fobs
- Post notice as per council or strata managers request
- Monitor fire panels and equipment regularlyCoordinate access for all trades on site
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
