Opulent Cleaning is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Cleaning Team across Metro Vancouver.

, we specialize in luxury-standard cleaning for residential properties -- including Airbnb turnovers, move-in/move-out cleans, and weekly cleaning with either deep or regular cleaning. Based on deep cleaning or regular cleaning, you will be doing:

Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and clean carpets Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas Scrub grout, clean behind appliances, and wash baseboards Clean oven inside and out, vents, and walls Empty trash and dispose of waste Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass Disinfect high-touch areas Report maintenance or safety issues Follow cleaning checklists and schedules

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

:

Proficient in English with the ability to read and follow instructions + 2 years of professional home cleaning experience required Valid driver's license and driving experience are assets Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Reliable, honest, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable using transportation and communication apps (tech-savvy) Self-motivated, able to make decisions, manage tasks, and find solutions independently Able to work with minimal supervision Physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items (approx. 10-20 lbs) Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and sanitation methods is a plus Flexible schedule -- must be available for various shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to commit to long-term work (minimum 1-year preferred)
