We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
Conduct facilities maintenance duties as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding cleanliness.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met promptly.
Experience
Previous custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and standards is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within designated timeframes.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
