Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires effective communication skills, time management, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks. Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within designated time frames. Provide custodial services in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any issues encountered. Assist with facilities maintenance as required, reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Uphold high standards of customer service while interacting with clients and staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting and carry out physically demanding tasks. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and address customer inquiries. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the facility.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
