Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks related to custodial services and facilities maintenance. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the capability to manage time efficiently while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Duties

Perform custodial duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various facilities. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for maintenance tasks. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required for moving equipment or materials. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timelines while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a clean working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various tasks. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential for performing maintenance duties. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. A commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Previous experience in commercial cleaning is a plus but not mandatory.
