SPECIALLY MAID - Redefining Cleanliness with Excellence and a Smile

We are a home and office cleaning company servicing Parkland County, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, and Edmonton. Our operations base is in Stony Plain, 35 km west of Edmonton.

We have immediate openings for talented cleaning professionals to join our team and grow with us!

Hours:

This position requires availability 7 days a week during peak season, with a typical work schedule of 8:30am-4:30pm (with some variation) 4 to 5 days per week year-round. You can expect to work 35-45 hours per week or more. Employees who demonstrate exceptional performance, reliability, and professional growth are eligible for additional hours if desired. Actual working hours and days may vary based on business needs.

Parkland County, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Edmonton.

Compensation:

$21.00/hr, with performance-based increases
All hours paid, including travel time and lunch Mileage subsidies Paid kit maintenance Shoe allowance
$19.00/hr during training/probationary period.*

What you bring:

Residency in Stony Plain or Spruce Grove, Alberta Physical fitness, able to lift 30lbs, reach, bend, crouch, twist, and kneel Boundless energy and the ability to work continuously for 3-4 hours between breaks Ability to work independently or as part of a team A willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques An eye for detail that borders on superhuman A genuine love for cleaning and facing new challenges every day Ability to load gear and drive to client appointments Age 18 or older Legal eligibility to work in Canada A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle A smartphone with a data plan At least 1 year of paid residential cleaning experience
