Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and customers. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for cleaning purposes.
• Handle heavy lifting as needed to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and facility maintenance issues.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants.
• Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as required to support overall cleanliness and functionality.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical activities associated with cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers professionally.
