Your Way Cleaning Inc. is a trusted, locally owned cleaning company serving Southeast New Brunswick for over 20 years. We provide professional cleaning services for residential homes, commercial spaces, construction sites, and rental properties, including cottages.

We are currently hiring dependable, detail-oriented Cleaners to join our growing team. This position requires travel between job sites, so a personal vehicle and valid driver's license are necessary.

Responsibilities:

Clean a variety of properties including homes, businesses, rentals, and post-construction units. Perform tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Follow cleaning checklists and safety protocols. Transport yourself to and from job sites reliably and on time. Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Mileage compensation provided when using your car for work. Must be currently eligible to work in Canada. Must pass a criminal background check. Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and time management. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
