Cleaner

to support the cleanliness and maintenance of our residential property portfolio in the

Saint John area

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and vacant units Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning Sanitize high-touch areas and washroom facilities to maintain hygiene standards Empty garbage and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal Restock cleaning supplies and notify the team when inventory is low Report any maintenance or safety issues to the property management team Follow company safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment Ensure all assigned buildings are clean, presentable, and ready for tenant viewings or move-ins

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is an asset Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and safe chemical handling Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing repetitive tasks Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset (travel between properties may be required)
