Overview

We are currently looking for dependable, hardworking individual to provide janitorial cleaning duties. Duties to include cleaning and sanitizing of washrooms facilities, Lunch and Office Trailers.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle heavy lifting and move furniture or equipment as required for thorough cleaning.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to the facilities.
- Follow safety protocols while using power tools and hand tools during maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or requests from building occupants.

Skills

- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by specific cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and meet quality standards.
