Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas. Utilize power tools and hand tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as required. Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure all areas are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames. Provide custodial services including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies. Lift heavy objects as necessary to maintain cleanliness and organization in the facility. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility users.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Attention to details in what needs to be cleaned and going above and beyond for the care of the facility. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the workplace.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
