We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs or reporting issues to management Operate heavy lifting equipment when necessary to move furniture or supplies safely Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are maintained regularly Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns regarding cleanliness

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred Familiarity with facilities maintenance and basic repair skills using hand tools and power tools Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, including the use of various cleaning agents and equipment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within designated timeframes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning operations Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and addressing client needs Customer service orientation with a professional attitude at all times Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
