Create Compounding Pharmacy is a specialized pharmacy committed to providing high-quality, customized medications to meet the unique needs of our patients. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain a clean and sanitary environment in our pharmacy, lab, and warehouse areas.
Work schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily
Job description
Perform routine cleaning of all areas, including the laboratory, call centre and warehouse, following a structured cleaning schedule. Wash laboratory glassware and equipment to ensure a sterile working environment, load and unload dishwashers in the Lab. Manage waste and recycling disposal according to established guidelines. Clean and sanitize sterile areas in compliance with regulatory standards and cleaning protocols (training will be provided). Handle daily laundry tasks, including washing scrubs and other necessary items (washing machine and dryer are in the facility). Maintain the cleanliness of office areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
Requirements
Prior cleaning experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or laboratory setting is an asset but not required. Ability to follow cleaning protocols and maintain strict hygiene standards. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a sterile environment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to undergo training on cleaning procedures for sterile areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
