Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet high standards of hygiene and safety. Coordinate and drive cleaners to various sites during the daytime and evening for cleaning contracts you will oversee the activities of cleaners and Janitors

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate the cleaners and janitors Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met Recommend to Property Agent/Property Manager of Maintenance items needed in units such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment Train cleaning staff Co-ordinate work schedule and activities with Property Agent/Manager Availability to assist cleaning in emergency situations Place cleaning supply orders monthly so that it can be shipped up to Rankin before supplies are low Perform cleaning duties. Clean, stock and supply designated facilities areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
