We are currently seeking a Building Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This position is full time and would require you to work some weekends.


Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner
\xe2\x80\xa2 General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms, swimming pools, recreation rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
\xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
\xe2\x80\xa2 Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
\xe2\x80\xa2 Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager
\xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
\xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
\xe2\x80\xa2 1-2 years related experience
\xe2\x80\xa2 Customer service skills
\xe2\x80\xa2 A pleasant demeanour
\xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to lift and push heavy objects (furniture, garbage bins, appliances, etc)
\xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written & verbal communication skills
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to perform in a team environment
