We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or institutional settings Utilize hand tools and power tools for deep cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed Operate custodial equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and pressure washers to ensure thorough cleaning Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to address minor repairs or issues that impact cleanliness or safety Manage heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely and efficiently Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to supervisors Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work, with knowledge of facilities maintenance preferred Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during cleaning operations Attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards Customer service orientation with a professional attitude toward clients and colleagues

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
