Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, effective time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas. Conduct thorough commercial, residential and rentals cleaning of facilities. Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and special requests.

Experience

Previous custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with cleaning practices and safety protocols is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
