Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in commercial spaces. Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks. Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are in good working condition. Handle heavy lifting as required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages as needed. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and tasks.

Requirements

Previous custodial experience is preferred, particularly in commercial cleaning environments. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and various cleaning equipment. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members positively. A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
