On-Call Commercial Cleaner (Must Have Own Vehicle)

AnyMess Cleaning Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented

on-call Cleaners

to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who are flexible, dependable, and take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. Cleaners will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments at various commercial locations.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial cleaning duties at assigned sites, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Dust, mop, vacuum, sanitize surfaces, and restock supplies as required. Safely use cleaning equipment, hand tools, and power tools. Move furniture or equipment as needed; some heavy lifting may be required. Ensure all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards. Communicate effectively with management regarding schedules, site conditions, or maintenance concerns. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within assigned time frames. Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with clients or building occupants.
Requirements & Qualifications

On-call availability with flexible scheduling (including evenings or weekends as needed). Must have a

valid driver's license (Class 5 preferred)

and

own reliable vehicle

for traveling to job sites. Previous commercial or custodial cleaning experience is an asset but not required (training provided). Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, standing, and lifting. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication and time management skills.

No criminal record.
