Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks, ensuring a hygienic environment, and supporting facilities maintenance. This role requires strong time management skills, physical stamina, and excellent communication to meet the high standards of our organization. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Utilize hand tools and power tools for specific maintenance tasks as needed Conduct facilities maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and safety Use commercial cleaning techniques to maintain cleanliness in various environments Handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture, equipment, or supplies Maintain cleaning schedules and document completed tasks accurately Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or issues Ensure all cleaning activities comply with safety standards and company policies

Requirements

Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance equipment Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to quality standards

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
