We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial and industrial spaces Utilize hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment to complete maintenance tasks effectively Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs or reporting issues to management Operate heavy lifting equipment when necessary to move furniture or supplies safely Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of tools and materials Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns regarding cleanliness Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards

Qualifications

Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and basic facilities maintenance practices Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00-$3,000.00 per year
