Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential/commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Organize rooms and common areas to create a tidy and inviting atmosphere. Communicate effectively with management to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences for clients. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with all cleaning tasks performed. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Ensure all supplies are stored properly at our office location.

Skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to complete tasks within designated time frames. Effective communication skills. Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
