Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires effective time management skills, the ability to communicate well and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. The job is done on Mondays and Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. The start time is flexible as long as the cleaning is completed that day (takes between 4-6 hrs per time)

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Empty garbage Conduct cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards. Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within set deadlines. Work independently Work well around others Must have own vehicle.

Qualifications

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred. Familiarity with cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety procedures. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with janitorial is a plus. Physical capability to perform cleaning routine. Reliable and in good health
