Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing to ensure they are spotless and safe for foot traffic Conduct industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning of carpets, windows, and hard surfaces Handle custodial responsibilities such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch areas to promote hygiene Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or reporting issues requiring specialized attention Support janitorial operations by organizing cleaning equipment and maintaining inventory of supplies Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services or related fields Ability to clean greasy floor and equipment. Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and industrial cleaning equipment Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality Experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good physical stamina; capable of standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods Clear understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
