Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced cleaning technician to join our residential cleaning team. The technician will clean alongside other cleaners ensuring our high standards of cleanliness are met consistently. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming Guide other cleaners as they perform hands-on cleaning duties Perform quality checks post-clean to ensure all areas meet company standards Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or special requests

Skills

Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment Experience in residential cleaning settings is an asset Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and visitors Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
