Job Description
We are currently looking for a
Cleaner
for a residential property based in North Vancouver. This is apart-time position
. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building's commercial areas. Candidates should be strong enough to operate a floor washing machine.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Cleaning commercial areas of the property
Using a floor washing machine for power washing
Dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors, and vacuuming Cleaning spills, broken glass, and other messes promptly Coordinating duties with other cleaners Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning, such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary Ordering cleaning supplies as neededQualifications & Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience is an asset Reliable and a good communicator Excellent time management skills Effective verbal and written communication in English Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
